 Kinetix
Performance
Physical Therapy

For the pursuit.

ABOUT

What Is Kinetix?

In physics, kinetics describes how external forces influence motion/movement of a body or object.

For humans, kinetics is more than just measuring how movement is affected by external forces; it describes the impact that our movement has on the pursuit of doing the things we love.

At Kinetix, we work with active, motivated individuals to identify the underlying cause of pain that prevents you from doing the things you love, or that keeps you from playing your sport. Then we create a personalized program to get you to where you want to be, pain-free.

As active individuals and athletes ourselves, we understand the importance of addressing the weakest link in the chain in order for the whole system to function optimally.

"Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it." - Plato

"First move well, then move often" - Gray Cook, Functional Movement Systems

WHY KINETIX

Personalized, 1-on-1 Sessions. Always.

Kinetix Performance Physical Therapy was created with you in mind; the active individual who wants to stay (or become) healthy and fit, for both short-term goals and long-term health.

Time is money. Which is why Kinetix utilizes a 1-on-1 approach to ensure that maximum progress is achieved during each session, in order to get you better and performing at a high level as quickly as possible.

At Kinetix, you will work exclusively with your Doctor of Physical Therapy, every time. From your initial visit to your last, you will spend 60 minutes with your PT.

Frequent assessments will be performed to measure progress with mobility, motor control, endurance, strength, and speed/power until you are performing at your best.
